Annual School of Public Health Student Conference

Please join us for the Annual School of Public Health Student Conference 2025, to be held at the University of Saskatchewan D-Wing Atrium, Health Sciences Building, on October 24, 2025, from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (directions will be posted in the building)

The Annual School of Public Health Student Conference aims to showcase the work of the Master of Public Health students and the research projects of the thesis students from the Collaborative Biostatistics, Epidemiology, Master of Public Health – thesis, and Vaccinology and Immunotherapeutics programs.

10:00 am – 11:30 am – Setting up posters and Poster viewing

11:30 am – 11:45 am – Welcome speech - Dr. George Mutwiri

11:45 am – 12:30 pm – Lunch Break

12:30 pm – Judging begins

2:30 pm – 3:00 pm – Deliberation & score tally in Room 1B21

3:00 – 4:30 pm – Networking Event and public voting for awards in special public health categories

4:30 pm – 4:50 pm – Awards 

4:50 pm – 5:00 pm – Closing remarks

5:00pm – 5:30 pm – Photos
