SPH Student Wins Top Award in Public Health Research

School of Public Health PhD student Mustafa Andkhoie placed first in the PhD Award in Applied Population and Public Health Research, awarded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) and the Canadian Public Health Association (CPHA).

The honour was presented at the May 26 Public Health 2015: Canadian Public Health Association conference in Vancouver, BC.

Mustafa is a PhD candidate in Epidemiology at the School and jointly supervised by Dr. Michael Szafron and Dr. Cheryl Waldner. Warm congratulations to Mustafa on his success!
