"The MPH program equipped me with incomparable opportunities to engage in health research and understand the health and social disparities faced by vulnerable communities both in Saskatchewan and internationally. Through community-based projects in the core neighbourhoods of Saskatoon to international assignments in the slums of Dhaka, Bangladesh, I gained unique hands-on training in global health and epidemiology that prepared me to work with communities to promote public health at home and abroad.
